Co-founders of Startle Innovation are:
Jean Van Damme is a food science engineer-turned-intrapreneur-turned-entrepreneur. He has 10 years experience as a business consultant and previously was the Director of R&D and Innovation for a top food retailer in Europe.
Jennifer Goggin has been an entrepreneur and advisor in the food industry for the last 10 years. Before Startle, she founded 2 food tech ventures: an online marketplace for local farms, and a food traceability and transparency platform for retailers.
Debra Strober is a creative director and content strategist with 15 years of scientific, health, and brand narrative-writing experience. She has also spent time as a communications strategist in healthcare advertising.
