Remedy Organics is a great tasting health and wellness platform focused on developing clean label, plant based food & beverages with meaningful functional ingredients.
The business is experiencing rapid growth and undergoing a national expansion in mainstream and natural consumer channels.
Previously Mr. Kasindorf was CEO of GreenFields Coal Company, a CleanTech firm that developed proprietary technology for use worldwide in the mining industry. The firm’s environmentally responsible technology facilitates reclamation of abandoned mining sites while converting coal refuse for use in the energy and metallurgical markets. Prior to becoming CEO of GreenFields Coal Company, Mr. Kasindorf was an advisor to the company and assisted with a number of strategic initiatives including capital raising from strategic investors, lobbying efforts in Washington DC as well as Energy Industry outreach.
Prior to joining GreenFields Coal Company, Mr. Kasindorf was Founder and CEO of Tonernow, the nation’s primary integrated supplier of OEM and private label products for consumable imaging supplies and Managed Solutions. Tonernow introduced the industry’s first comprehensive Print Management Program through successful partnerships with clients such as UBS, Ernst & Young, Standard & Poor’s, the U.S. Government and countless leading firms.
In September 2005 Tonernow was acquired by Pitney Bowes Inc., the $6.0 billion provider of integrated mail and document management solutions. Mr. Kasindorf spent two years at Pitney Bowes following the acquisition to lead the firm’s initiative into the global Print Management industry while creating and executing the company’s acquisition strategy. During this time Mr. Kasindorf successfully acquired, integrated and streamlined operations of numerous industry players. Kasindorf traveled extensively throughout Asia and Central America establishing relationships with key manufacturing partners and migrating sourcing operations resulting in significant margin improvement and efficiencies. The combination of Pitney Bowes’ global leadership in the mailing industry with Tonernow’s expertise as a leading provider of Imaging Supplies and Print Management Solutions resulted in a highly successful transaction.
Previously, Mr. Kasindorf served in a Management role at Polo Ralph Lauren in the Company’s International Licensing Division. Kasindorf oversaw thirteen international licensees throughout the world including Polo Japan, Polo Europe and Polo Brazil. Among Mr. Kasindorf’s accomplishments were significant improvements in Sales and Marketing performance in these regions, numerous enhancements in Polo’s Product Development processes as well as substantial increases in profitability globally and domestically.
Mr. Kasindorf received a Bachelor of Science degree from Babson College in Wellesley, Massachusetts with majors in Marketing and Entrepreneurial Studies and lives in Northern New Jersey with his wife and four children. He is active in the NY chapter of the Entrepreneurs Organization of New York, is a member of Leveraged Wisdom and was selected to attend the Birthing of Giants program at Massachusetts Institute of Technology as well as the Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses Program. Mr. Kasindorf has served on the Board of several companies and non-profit organizations including the Jewish National Fund, the America-Israel Friendship League and has a passion for building great companies.
